Since the unprecedented arrival of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, shockwaves have been felt across a plethora of industries.
You are allowed to use only your own personal credit or debit card to make payments to and from your casino account. This means that the name appearing on your credit card should be the same as the one registered on your account.
The maximum amount you can withdraw in the period of 30 days is €5000. If your request exceeds this amount it will be declined and the funds will be returned to your balance.
Before the casino can process your withdrawal request they need to verify certain documents. You will receive an email identifying the specific documents needed to complete your withdrawal. Here are the types of documents you might need to send:
Photographic ID – This may be a copy of your Passport, Driving License or a National ID card.
Utility Bill – This should be a recent utility bill like an electricity or phone bill. This bill must include your name and address and shouldn't be more than 6 months old.
Proof of ownership of deposit and withdrawal account – You need to send proof that you own the account you use for making a deposit and a withdrawal.
· When you use credit or debit cards you need to send an image of the front and back of the card. For your own safety you should block out the middle numbers leaving the first 6 and last 4 digits visible. Also, you should block the 3 digit security code on the back of the credit card.
· When you use Skrill or MoneyBookers you should send a screenshot of the Profile page found under ‘My Account’ on the website. Your name and address must be clearly visible.
· When you use Neteller you should send a screenshot of the ‘Details’ page on the website. Make sure that your name, address and email are visible.
· When you use Wire Transfer you should send a copy of a recent bank statement issued less than 6 months ago. Make sure that your name, address and the bank account number are visible. For your safety you should block out the transaction details.
The casino may ask for additional documents in some cases and they can also ask for the documents to be notarized. If you fail to send the required documents within 5 days your withdrawal request may be declined. But don’t worry, the funds will be returned to your balance and once again you can make a withdrawal once you send all the necessary documents.
When all the requirements have been met, your withdrawal will be processed within 5 business days.
Royal Spinz may require phone verification before processing your withdrawal request. If you fail to complete the phone verification your withdrawal request may be declined.
The minimum amount you can withdraw is €100. The maximum amount is limited to €5000 per 30 day period. All requests that are not within these limits will be declined and the funds will be returned to your balance.
The payment method depends on the method you used in the first place to make a deposit. Your withdrawal may be divided into different payments to the different deposit methods you used. If your deposit method can't be used for withdrawals, such as Ukash or Paysafecard, then all payments will be made via Wire Transfer. If your winnings are less than €100 then you can use an alternative payment account such as Skrill or Neteller.
Royal Spinz does everything that's in their power to process all your requests within 5 business days from the time they have received the requested documents.
